Hi! I’m the CTO & Co-Founder of BTInsights :) We build AI that stands up in the real world with accurate open-ends coding, trustworthy qualitative analysis, fast crosstabs, and automated, on-brand slide generation for market research, polling, and due diligence teams. My focus is turning messy language data into reliable, auditable outputs researchers can defend. Before BTInsights, I shipped production computer-vision systems in healthcare at Outcomes®, including Pill Identification (flagship Computer Vision capability) and a “Count-Only” product that opened a new revenue stream. I owned the stack end-to-end: R&D and model evaluation, on-device inference, React Native imaging, Node/TypeScript APIs, PostgreSQL performance, and enterprise rollout (secure device enrollment, auth flows) to thousands of locations. That safety-critical rigor to accuracy, latency, and privacy now informs how we build and operate at BTInsights. Earlier in my career at Lockheed Martin, I learned to marry systems-engineering discipline with hands-on software: high-level design, reliability and resilience, and modern SDLC practices. And long before that, years of tutoring SAT/GRE, Chemistry, Physics, Calculus, and Python taught me how to break down complex ideas for any audience, a skill I still use daily with customers, teammates, and stakeholders. I’ve led knowledge-transfer initiatives, mentored test engineers on proper procedures, and shipped tools that make experts faster and decisions clearer.
