What is BTInsights?

How is this different from ChatGPT or a general AI chatbot?
Two things matter most: accuracy and traceability.
General AI tools are not built for research-grade analysis. With BTInsights, interview analysis insights link back to the supporting quotes and raw transcripts. Survey analysis results link back to the supporting cross-tab tables. Those tables are computed by our proprietary cross-tab engine, not generated by AI because you still cannot trust AI with calculations.

Is our data used to train AI models?
